Plot:

After thirty years of teamwork in the Department of the NYPD, highly decorated detectives Turk (Robert De Niro) and Rooster (Al Pacino) do not want to surrender board. In town, the alleged criminals were killed. The police are certain that this is a serial killer, because it leaves poems about dead bodies in justification of his act. Karen Corelli (Carla Gugino), agent of the CSI team begins to ask why the poems left on the corpse of the victims. Detectives Perez (John Leguizamo) and Riley (Donnie Wahlberg), disrespectful and not caring hierarchies, they hope to resolve case before the Veterans Turk and Rooster. Lt. Hingis (Brian Dennehy), their leader, is anxious to close the case because the evidence points to one of his men. Before the discovery of the pimp Rambo (Rob Dyrdek), Turk and Rooster were trying to trap the owner of a nightclub, Spider (Curtis '50 CENT 'Jackson) with the help of Jessica (Trilby Glover), a lawyer in Manhattan with drug problems. At the police department a picture begins to emerge. How to stop the killer and stop him from doing justice to myself?
